NYC ROOMS FOR RENT, is a licensed apartment sharing agency whom for a non-refundable fee refers you to primary tenants and/or landlords that wish to rent out a room in their homes. You will be co-living in someone else's apartment, and we implore that all rules set forth by landlord/primary tenant are followed. We are not responsible for any evictions that take place due to illicit behavior or specific rules not being followed. We are not responsible for any negotiations agreed between you and the primary roommate. We will assist you until you find the first room that you deem acceptable. Our service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
